Sam was very very helpful and within matter of seconds he replaced both my lost/stolen numbers .

Even inserted the SIMs and fixed my screen brightness issue and no cost.

Awful staff, only went in to look at early upgrade and I was spoken to like dirt, and talked down too. They think there better than everybody, I can understand why there was nobody else in the store yet O2 was busy, EE you will lose your customers with them working here

Came in today and they were short staffed. Still the guy who delt with me gave me his full attention and was extremely helpful with sorting out my account withought trying to rush me. Excellent customer service!

The shop is located in the heart of the retail park with ample parking. Once inside you will find a very limited range of dummy photos to see with only the most expensive phone actually being demonstrated.

The staff were not very engaging and little information was on show regarding contracts. I spent 18 minutes in the store with my wife and nobody actually approached us.

The store itself was very attractive with lots of fancy graphics, but if you want to actually look at photos to buy, then this is not the best place to visit.

Wasn't here for myself, a friend was sorting their phone, but the staff were all very accommodating, friendly and patient. The lady helping us was absolutely lovely with my 4 year old and made a big effort to include her in what was going on.
