I can only warn people not to use this company.

I went in here a few months ago to get a sim only deal. The sales assistant informed me that the deal she was offering was the best on EE and could not be beaten.

Because of this I agreed and signed up to EE however after getting home and looking at EE website I found that this was not this case and was almost double the cost of the cheapest with less data.

I went back into the shop the next day to ask the staff to cancel as I was in the 14 day cooling off period to be told that within the contact there is a clause stating that I waived the 14 day cooling off period which I know is legal but wasn’t informed of this.

I called EE and told them what had happened and EE cancelled the contract and apologised that this had happens and gave me the better contract with discount for the bad experience.

I would caution any customer using this shop you can get better deals elsewhere and not sign away your 14 days cancellation right.

This company have also been on BBCs X-Ray and not in a good way.

Been to your brecon store today. Must be said that Michelle was absolutely amazing. Very helpful and so patient. Will definitely return to this store for all my future upgrades.

Went to the Brecon shop yesterday to find a phone for my elderly mother. Michelle was fantastic, gave us loads of advice and help to get things set up. So much better than trying to do this stuff online. Thank you Michelle

The manager of the Brecon store of Get Connected, Michelle Moncur, is probably the rudest and most unpleasant person I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. This store does not deserve any customers at all - go elsewhere!
