Absolutely great staff, very on the ball and friendly. Extremely professional, both Petya and Rory are on the ball and ready to help at all times, fantastic people skills too. Defientely grateful for the good service, because it is so rare!

We were in three store in Bangor North Wales on Monday the service was excellent we were served by John he was so helpful and explaining things so I could understand and he also said if I didn't understand anything just go back we have been with 3 for nine years we have allways had good service but John went the extra mile explaining that everything I gave him a hug when we left the new manager was also friendly can you please thank them from us please xxx

Three store have really good professionals working there. They know and understand your needs and what's best suited for you. Very good deals to be had here. Much better than any other providers.

Your staff particuarly in the bangor office Keenan what a great employee all round count'nt be more polite full & help full he is an asset to your company. As is Alex & Steve & all the rest from both branches. Problem with good employees as a company, you as a company need to recognise what you've got. I wish them good luck for the future.

Today I visited the Bangor North Wales Three shop.I have been having very frustrating online chats
.I decided before I left Three , I would try and see if an actual person could help me face to face with the change to my sim that have been forced upon me.
What an amazing shop , with courteous staff willing to listen and help an overwhelmed pensioner. I would like to thank Keenan and Owen for their help and patience ! A great asset to your store and more than that The Three Company I will be back with the biscuits !

The guy I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable as are other members of staff I have spoken to.
