The best service I've ever received at a takeaway. Shout out to Hamza for going above and beyond the normal level of service at a takeaway. Food was excellent especially the gourmet burgers. Definitely worth eating from here!

Didn’t even want to leave one star, but I had to do it in order to leave a review. I ordered a chicken and vegetable pizza for iftaar and I received a pizza with only vegetables on it. I called up the next day (today) to complain about this and the man was completely adamant that it’s impossible for him to have made a mistake. Staff are clearly so prideful can’t admit that they’ve made a mistake and accept it. Clearly need to work on customer service and it would probably be helpful to have some quality control before sending orders out to avoid mistakes like this being made.

The last few times I went here I wasn't happy at all, with the food standards dropped alot everyone I spoke to also felt the same. I decided to come and try again after a few months I noticed all the staff and management had changed and the staff could tell I was scared on giving them a try again because I just hate ordering food and it turns out dead. The staff allowed me to have a free wing and said we are trying to change the view people have on us, have a free wing see if you like it. Turns out the wing was lovely I could tell it was soft fresh and had good flavour. I then ordered a 12wings meal was lovely. I am glad they are trying to work on the negative reviews they have inherited from the previous people. I am not too fussed personally but I also noticed the red chilli sauce is slightly different in texture I presume this happened when the management changed.

Please read all, have some important information for all of you n before wasting your money. They always put too much spices in wings n make it hot that burn people tongue and this spices give stomach aches after eating. They don't change oil properly as well n wings become salty as well. Also overcook the wings and make it blackish. It should be golden colour. Disgusting and horrible. Everyone don't like spices in wings thats why you are losing customers and the guys in the front are proper rude. Point to be noted- they cook too much wings together n sell it for hours n hours dry like wood n keep busy in gossiping all of them inside n front. Pizza used to be nice here 1.5 years before now a days pizza taste is disgusting too. Have zero knowledge about customer service, proper cowboys are there. It's my local shop i saw several times they argue with customers n don't value them at all. All staffs there inside n front all busy with talking n gossiping, busy with mobile rather than focusing food quality, customer service n behaviours. They(front staffs) are always argumental n rude. Once customers bring anything to your knowledge you should respect it n honour them as you are getting wages from their money spending here. I hope the owner of this shop should be little bit aware of their front staffs behaviours n should tell them why they getting paid for and also focus on quality of food not burning tongue spicy wings with overcooked, blackish, salty due to not changing the oil for long time!!
Otherwise your front rude staffs will ruin your business by bad behaviour n being argumental n kitchen people will keep making rubbish foods!! thank you.

Don't trust them. And certainly don't order from them via Just-Eat. They didn't deliver an order over £40 and all the guy at Dixy would say is it has been delivered and you can call the police if you want to. That was it.

Edit: I don't know if the owners have changed, but the in-shop service is better. And the food is pretty good. I still wouldn't order via just-eat. But that goes for any shop or takeaway. Just-eat in London now employs people rather than self employed. They get paid whether or not they deliver. I know of other cases where the delivery guys just don't care.

Understaffed. Long waiting time during non busy hours. Cold fries. Average food. Poor service. Not recommended. Would rather be hungry then stop here for a quick bite on way home.
