Dixi Chicken & Pizza

Love Dixies,
I live in a student house with 5 other people and we often order from here, at least once a week. It's cheap, with quick delivery with amazing pizzas, also the fries are to die for.
Would recommend.

Dixi is our favourite take away in Liverpool. Food is always really tasty and hot on delivery or collection. The burgers and spicy wings are our absolute favourite. Always a win for getting food from them. Definitely worth trying their food if you are in the area!!

Customer service was good! I was a little upset that the chips were very dry when delivered due to busyness, but when I called them the next day, the staff were so lovely and offered a new meal! Thank you! :)

Ordered at 21:41, quoted 15-20 mins wait. Now at 22:30 and still no sign of the food. Have rung to be told it’s left the shop. Won’t be ordering again - be careful if wanting food within promised time

The burgers were nice.
We went for the chicken fillet burger hashbrown and it was v fresh.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
I would recommend and it was halal.
The location was little hidden, have to be more vigilant to find it. Be at lookout for the sign next to red bin.
There is plenty of parking space around and it is easy to park and walk to the place.
The kitchen staff checked the temperature of fried chicken to make sure it is cooked at right temperature and properly. It looks This is what they do on every load and is a good practice.

This place use to be great, and id always order from here and also recommend it to friends and family. but feel like they can't cope with size of menu.....and tonight is the 3xtime in a row we've ordered muffins for dessert... to only receive 4 all of one flavour which we didn't order because we don't like them. So now I'm yet again going to throwing 4 muffins which aren't cheap in the bin......
I'm sure they could pick the phone up and tell us what they have instead of sending anything they want.....such a shame as it was one of my top takeaways

Best pizza I’ve ever had :) :) owner came into my work earlier and offered me a free pizza which I was made up because I was working the night shift. Owner came back with a stuffed crust pizza and chips and coleslaw. The food was amazing really enjoyed it, owner was very friendly will definitely order from there again :)

We have ordered from here over 4 times, 3 times our order has been wrong and tonight it’s not even arrived after paying via just eats, they seem to think because we are students we won’t realise or care that they are wrong or don’t show up, you have lost our custom and as a block of flats that’s a lot of individuals and orders lost. Not happy.
