Got the pork ramen bowl (~£6.75) and some spring rolls, the bowl came topped with a variety of toppings, such as; fresh (tasted like it was held in water but still reasonably) coriander, redskin & skinless peanuts, chilli flakes (you can choose your heat tolerance). Noodles weren't limp/overcooked but nicely chewy & firm, broth was flavourful (the coriander really brightened it however).
Spring rolls were standard, just like you'd get anywhere else; dough is quite thick relative to filling. I'd try another side (I've only tried this, so I can't speak for their other sides).
Next time in Bristol I will go again
All is really great. The food is very tasty, the service is also very nice and professional. Unfortunately, one element has broken down the perfect house of cards. Green tea ! Ladies gave us in a Chinese restaurant, the cheapest, nightmarish, terrible taste tea in a purse. It was a shock for me. A proposition for Daddy's Chilli. Do not give people what does not even look like green tea. Only real tea or not at all.
