Golden Top Chinese Cuisine

Order placed at 28th November 2015 at 18:30, after 3 phone calls asking where our food was and each time being told the driver left with it 10 minutes ago he finally showed up at 20:45. Food was stone cold. Phoned to complain only to be told by some silly little schoolgirl that we had cancelled our order and then informed me that I was offending her by complaining. Went in to shop to complain to be met with the same attitude and the old chestnut of "we are very busy", Little lesson to be learned "Golden Top Employee of the Year" DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, OR TREAT THEM LIKE NUMPTIES AND TELL THEM AT THE START HOW LONG IT WILL BE SO THEY CAN DECIDED TO PROCEED OR NOT!!!!. AVOID if you dislike POOR customer service and you want your food on time and still hot.

First visit here after our usual Chinese got poor hygiene rating (1star), was apprehensive but have just finished the meal and it was lovely will definitely be ordering g from here again. Very nice food very well cooked

First time I used this Chinese tonight.. And wow! What a wonder experience. The food was amazing. The whole family had a lovely meal. Delicious! Arrived promptly and very polite delivery driver. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Changed my review from a 1 star to a 5. I tried them again having heard from others that this Chinese takeaway is really good. So benefit of the doubt was given and they have wow'd me! Absolutely lovely food, delivered on time.

Very difficult to get through on the phone and now I see why 😍

The past 2 times we have ordered here we had asked for some dishes without egg, yet on both occasions this was completely ignored. It's just good that we don't have an allergy because the egg is hard to notice until you start picking at and eating the food itself. Would advise anyone ordering to be very careful.

It was our 1st time ordering from there and its absolutely disgusting never have we ever had worse food than this . Its all bland , chicken chow main chicken was raw , slimey and we are like 99% sure it was not chicken , had rung the owner said he will not do anything about it . We will be reporting it to invermental health to check them out as its not normal . Be careful ordering from them .

ordered told upto an hour n 10 mins too wait for the order 2 hours layer still waiting! q to knock off the list!@@
