Newly opened in 2012, .cn brings authentic northern Chinese cuisine to Cardiff and a welcome change from the typical Cantonese fare. Would recommend the salt & chilli squid, crispy lamb breast with ground chilli and the stewed trotters. Good sized portions, modestly priced. Will be returning for the £15.99 all-you-can-eat hot pot!

First time I tried Chinese food was here. Never tried it before because all Chinese food I'd seen before looks greasy and vile. But the Chinese food here is very authentic and looks and tastes amazing. And the price per head is very low! Highly recommend!

Sweet sour pork was nice! But crabs and fried dumplings were disappointing..

Food was good but service was slow. First dish was on the table for what felt like 10 minutes before the last one turned up and we only ordered 4 (2 rice & 2 meat dishes). Not much of a selection to drink.

This is always a favorite with me and my freinds. We went to china recently and its the most authentic eastern flavours I've found since! Great price too.

So far my favorite Chinese restaurant especially if you want a good vegetarian selection. Dine in menu seems way bigger than take out. You got to know what they are good at making, just like other Chinese restaurant. I wouldn’t order kung pao chicken here but I can back several times for their sauerkraut with vermicelli, shredded potato with chili, and their tofu dishes. Very good price in general and the chef cooks pretty fast.

When the first year I came to Cardiff, many friends mentioned this Chinese restaurant. The chef is good at cooking northern Chinese style food, as well as hot pot. Many international students always meet there because of cheap prices and good quality, and friendly waiters. I agree with the parking difficulties mentioned by many people, which requires attention. They also provide takeaway services.

My favourite Chinese takeaway in Cardiff, you need to wait a bit for your food but it's worth it because it's absolutely delicious and the prices are very good.
