Absolute disgusted in the food they’ve just served us!
SOGGY CHIPS , DRIED UP SALT AND PEPPER CHICKEN WINGS and a watery chicken curry!
The food tasted like nothing and was absolutely awful!
I’ve heard so many bad things about this place but thought it might have improved.
I rang up to complain and explained about the food! And the women on the phone was very rude! I asked her to re send some chicken wings and she was rude again and said no!
She offered 10% off the next food order. I will not be spending any money at this place again!

Ordered a few times as the food is nice but every order has arrived cold. NYE was a joke though! Over three hours late from requested delivery time, we had to keep chasing them. Requested a refund but they wouldn't as apparently it was en route.... clearly it wasn't!!

wrong food was delivered to my house, so I called to complain and the staff was very rude, they told me just take it up with just eat! i said no i want the food I've ordered and paid for. After arguing for 10 minutes, my family had eat their's, but they agreed they will send me the new dish and it will be 25 minutes, after 40 minutes I called again, and they said its out for delivery and will be there soon. Still not arrived after another half an hour so I called back and was told by rude staff the meal isn't coming take it up with just eat! so after waiting a total of 3 hours i still had no food apart from cold chips and cold rice. its a shame, I've had 2 nice meals from here before, but the way I was treated as a customer this time I will never go back again, I SUGGEST IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GOING HERE, TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Food was over 2 hour late, had to repeatedly chase with just eat as they would not answer the telephone. Asked for a refund but was told food was despatched, 40 mins later we were still waiting so clearly it hadn't been despatched. When it finally arrived the two set meals contained hardly any meat and mostly rice. The special chow main had very little meat in also. Definitely one to place avoid.

5 star straight up. First time ordering, saw the reviews and thought I'd give it a chance.. It was 50 minutes early which was brilliant. Food was still very warm, and it tastes fantastic. Highly recommended

We were really disappointed in tonights food. Only took about 10/15 minutes to arrive it was ready so quick. The polystyrene boxes had melted on to the chips from the microwave, the chips were hard and dry, the salt and pepper chicken was dried up from being microwaved and there was no dip with the wantons. The delivery driver even reversed his car on to our neighbours drive and left it there to deliver our food!!

We order from here all the time but this has really put us off :(

Used these nice folks a few times, everything brilliant, excellent food and always hot. 1 thing only, and we spoke about it, why do l have to pay £2 delivery and £0.50 service charge when l've spent £35? All sorted. Very pleaed again !!!
