Sorry we have been using this take-away on and off for a few years. Always usually very good and cannot fault. Haven’t used. Now covid relaxed really fancied a Chinese. However today Ribs were rubbery which indicated the length of time they had had them. Special fried rice tasteless. Prawns with ginger absolute no flavour. Chicken with pineapple- awful. Wouldn’t know what it was. £28 later. Very disappointed. Clearly cutting corners and raising their prices making up for lost revenue and in the process have lost the essence.

Just ordered from here and I can honestly say that I wish I hadn't bothered, the chicken in the rice and chowmein was like rubber, bland and disgusting, chicken balls were like rocks and the chips tasted of stale oil and were hard! worse Chinese I've ever had!!

I love the food. The mix meat curry is fantastic.
The other dishes were great too..
Looking forward to my next visit. The staff are lovely too... 👌

To be honest, in my opinion, this so-called Chinese food provider has never been great compared to others that I've used elsewhere. A few years ago it was reasonable but more recently the quality of the food is terrible. I think that they are using more inferior and cheaper ingredients - crazy, crazy thing is, they are charging much higher prices and you're getting less food which is much less tasty than it was in the past. I definitely will not be using them again. Oh, and their chip shop isn't a lot better either, their chips are always a mass of potatoes stuck together and charging nearly a pound for a gherkin or wally - ridiculous. They are just so, so greedy!!

Would not give this so called Chinese takeaway one star but it seems the only way to complain the food was over priced rubbish spare ribe where just fat spring rolls onion with one small prawn never again.

The food was tasteless and very disappointing
Last used 4 years ago and had smoked shredded chicken and special fried rice regularly. This tasted nothing like it. Will not be ordering again

2nd time in the last few weeks we have had items missing from our order! Despite calling straight away we were told that unless we could give them an order number there was nothing they could do. Who knew we were supposed to keep hold of the ticket number, I just assumed it was to make sure we got the right order!! We have a pot of satay sauce with no chicken skewers. I wonder how much money they are making from these missed items. Maybe they could invest the money in sending their staff on a customer service course.

I love Chinese food, and here is a great example of just that. My only gripe, and it's a silly one, is the choice of veggies they add to their dishes. Cauliflower and celery!?!?! I can cope with the borderline raw cauliflower, but celery is the worst veg on the planet and has no business in an otherwise delicious Chinese food! Never had either 2 of these veggies added anywhere else I've ever visited. Very strange. I'd suggest changing it up a bit personally.
