The Good Season Express

The food took 2 hours to arrive from the time of ordering and although we were given an ETA on ordering it was still 3/4 hour later than this time and was luke warm, had to be reheated. If it had been any later we would have refused it and ask for a refund. Food wasn't up to the standard we are used to from other resaurants in our area. First and last time we use them.

Waited an hour and a half for the worst food I've ever tried. Wasn't what I ordered. Chips were indescribable. Food and service was awful. Demanded a full refund but only given £10 and told to report it to the police!! Never using again and would strongly advise anyone ordering from there not to bother

Waited 2 hrs for delivery worst Chinese food I had in my life bear in In mind I work in a Chinese restaurant can only describe the chicken curry as chicken swimming in oil omg unediable also got salt and chilli chips a bag of soggy chips and burnt onions .how is this place still open.im over visiting from Ireland waste of 20pounds

I have never made a complaint in my life but this food is not even edible I promise you now do not waist your money it really is bad food and I was so looking forward to my Dinner 🙁

Food very sub standard. Both myself and my Fiance have had bad stomach problems 24hrs after eating.
Food didn’t taste fresh, Curry Sauce watered down, Mushrooms were uncooked, items missing from order, avoid, avoid, avoid!

AVOID! I’m not one to complain but I have been given food poisoning by this place! I had chicken fried rice and chicken balls last night to which both seemed undercooked so I stopped eating, today I have not been able to stop throwing up all day!! AVOID

Don’t understand the bad reviews, just had a taster - beef chow mein is yum 😋, chicken balls very nice! Delivery arrived on time. Thank you

Really bad! “Special fried” rice was just plain white rice - pork and chicken were too dry to chew. About 4 peas in the entire dish and totally tasteless. After a couple of spoonfuls it went in the bin. How on earth are they in business. So disappointing. Would never order from again.
