Wok Express

1hour and 40 minutes and still no order delivered! Rang them 3 times. They claimed there were trees down preventing delivery. We live on little Burton so 10 mins away and there r many ways they could come! Offered 10% off next order. Never ordering from them again!

After 2 hours the food still hadn't turned up. Couldn't get through on the phone. Turns out when I drove there that they took the phones off the hook!! Food was appalling!! Salty doesn't even begin to describe some of the dishes. I went back for a refund and the owner actually started shouting at me and eventually gave me £20! What an insult! Wok express is under new ownership and I won't be going back. This restaurant has gone from being the best Chinese food in Ashford to possibly the worst. Their loss as we were regulars!!!

Usually really happy with the food. Bit disappointing this time round, ordered on line but they had bo record of the order when i went to collect. Which was fine as they cooked everything up really quickly. Asked for an extra sweet and sour sauce which wasn't on the order when I got home, but it did not detract from the meal. My special treat once a year, and will still be my go-to place.

Utterly shocked to see the owner walk into the kitchen with a lit cigarette this eveing.

I witnessed the owner walk out of the reception area with a lit cigarette, proceed to collect groceries from his car and walk back in the building. Straight through to the kitchen, all while smoking!!

Spent £47.00 on a family take away .
Food was appalling
Duck chew main had no flavour very dry and three steps of duck .
Salt and pepper box was so fatty
Chicken balls batter wasn't cooked properly.
Hong kon style chicken ok special fried rice ok .
All the rest of the menu was put in the bin. APALLING.
So think before u order from Wok Express

Staff were so friendly, great customer service and the food was even better! We had tried so many other resterants and this was by far the best. My partner and kids are so fussy but there was something for everyone and we could add and take things away without a problem. Very accommodating to every taste and they deliver out of ashford too which is even better. Thank you for a lovely meal and service. Will definitly be getting from here again!!

Great food and lovely staff, i ordered food here during during heavy snow before christmas as i live in the middle of nowhere. I was expecting to have the order cancelled as the roads were so bad near me but the driver still made it out safely and delivered my food hot. Food was lovely and i was very thankful to all staff at wok express.

Lady taking the order was lovely, fast delivery and hot and the price brilliant highly recommended
