I want to know what Mr Brian Scott said about kikkoman ? Do you mean putting soy sauce? I am sorry, we don’t adding any soy sauce in our rice or noodles. But if you want to add soy sauce, we will add soy sauce to your rice or noodles. It's unfair to us if it just gives us one star because of this.

As a vegan family we have struggled to find a suitable chinese takeaway in Ashford until now! We spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who told us what dishes were suitable and which dishes could be made vegan friendly. The food turned up hot and on time and tasted great! We will definately be ordering again! What would make this perfect for us is if the food was clearly marked either 'suitable for vegan' or 'can be made vegan' on the website. Cannot fault the service we received, it was amazing!

After ordering my order at 6pm to be told it was 1.5hr for delivery to finally receive my order at 9pm 3 hours later. I am disgusted, do not be so greedy and bump orders for walkins complete rip off £60 for an awful service.
9:20 no food called them and they hung up on me!

Don't bother meal turned up a hour late after there had rung me I told them I didn't want it and had started cooking a dinner they don't knock on your door they bang on your window food was average at best won't b ordering again plenty of other Chinese takeaway in Ashford and then looking a previous reviews they ask you to change your review to 5 stars your a absolute joke of a takeaway / replying to your comment I told you when you rang me the 2nd time to forget my order I also told you not to bang on my window the 1st time you did it but you did it again

Since we have been in are own place we have been ordering from here. Food is always hot and the service is so amazing. My son is a fussy eater an they have catered for what he has an how he has it. Brilliant

Ordered early wanted 6pm delivery. Was told may be 15 mins late. Came as expected, and such a lovely tasty Chinese meal. Best one we’ve had in years. First time trying wok4u and it was worth every penny.will definitely order from these lovely people again

HORRIFIC!! Didn't even give us our food! Waited an hour and a half on a Wednesday night and we had to call twice to remind them to deliver it! Spoke to the manager (who for some reason was delivering it) in the street because she spent 20mins trying to find our house. We wanted a refill for the stupid wait time and she refused it and was more worried about getting a refund and she was more worried about a bad review on Facebook than giving us our food! 100% DO NOT USE THIS TAKEAWAY

First time trying this place tonight all food turned up hot all was nice and very fresh especially my special chow mein the main let down which i was disappointed was the rock hard chicken balls clearly cooked in old oil due to there colour which you can see in the pics, they unfortunately were un edible if not for this we would of given 5 star
