The food in nice 95% of the time HOWEVER, the past 5 orders of ours have had something wrong with them (wrong item, food asked for without veg still had veg in, food items asked without chicken/prawns still had them in). Although the lady on the phone is apologetic I’ve had to wait in excess of an hour before or not receive the correct meal at all. They’re our local but will not use them again, last night was the final straw.

Food was alright, not the best one we have had I am fine but my partner has ended up with food poisoning like symptoms. Won’t be using here again which is sad because it’s close to home and easy to order from. 😑

The seaweed (deep fried cabbage) was so salty, I could only take two bites. The pancake roles were chewy and bland. The salt and pepper king prawns were a little tough. The prawns were the only thing I ate and the rest went in the bin. The 1 star is for that they delivered quickly. Very dissatisfied.

Absolutely disappointed, take order and money and don't fulfil. Ring to be told will be there in 5 mins but oh 40 mins later still not delivered. You still have my money and no food.

We started using this place extensively a while back, and it was generally really nice. They don't appear on the delivery apps, but will delivery from their website, and normally really quickly. The food has always been nice, a couple of missteps, but given how much we've ordered from there, it's to be expected. Worth using for the delivery times if nothing else.
Worth noting - cash only, but 30m away from a cashpoint, so never been an issue.

Ordered 3 different portions of ribs tonight from magic wok. 1 spare ribs and 2 different flavours of mini ribs. Word of warning the mini ribs aren’t small ribs (baby back) they are the weird fatty, collagen, joint part with a little bit of meat on that you get on the end of the spare ribs you usually get. Bit misleading but they did agree to change them and promptly supplied replacements which where spare ribs. Spare ribs are very nice by the way as was the special fried rice. Delivery ladies were also lovely and polite and very prompt.
