Jasmine Take Away

Wow! Amazing Chinese every time we order! Tonight is takeaway night for our family I left special requirements in the notes and they where met to exceptional standards I would highly recommend using jasmines then any other takeaway in ashford to anyone. Food was amazing met all expectations, full portions and friendly delivery. You should all be proud at the service you deliver.

I went there because I was hungry.
I ordered some items and Singapore noodles.
In all of my time in Asia I have never seen red Singapore noodles.
When you walk in the smell is really good please don't let the smell make up your mind.
Not good wont go back.

Worst meal we have ever had
A1 Fried Mixed Meat with Sambal sauce. Smelt awful, tasted horrible and salty.
43 1/4 Chicken Chow Main. Fried to death. Meat was rock hard and inedible and again too salty.
33 Mushroom Rice What mushrooms? Tastless
Even the prawn crackers tasted stale
Eaten many times before and enjoyed but this beggers belief. Won't be returning any time soon.

The best Chinese food I’ve eaten in years. So fresh and piping hot. Delicious 😋

Have used them several times when in the area and the negative comments made us think about using them ....BUT absolutely NO problem . Arrived in restaurant for a takeaway, ordered and within 15 min a correct order, piping hot and well cooked was presented. Taken to our friends and consumed. Others may have had a problem but we didn't.

Spent over 60 pounds and received no prawn crackers ordered ribs and they turned up as tiny bites for the money very disappointed

What went wrong?
If there was a no star option I would have chose that.
Egg fried rice has never seen a wok it’s cooked in a rice cooker then egg added so was like pudding rice.
Crab meat and sweetcorn soup was laughable see the picture….they have just added a cheap crab stick.

Worst Chinese food I’ve had in ashford …and also very expensive …avoid.

Use to love this Chinese best in Ashford been going here for years but last few times disappointed with food chicken curry was far too hot (spicy!) And boiled rice didn't taste as fresh ( like it had been sitting a few hours) it was all stone cold in temperature so had to reheat in the microwave we had been busy all day decorating/renovating so couldn't be arsed was too tired to return it.think we will try a different Chinese takeaway in future. Given 3* only for the phone staff which are always helpful sorry jasmine but 👎
