Aroma Chinese Dagenham

Very nice and clean environment, chef and staff is so lovely, the gave us free chicken satay while we wait. Very nice food as well. Will recommend! Will come here again.

We don’t order very often, but when we do its always 10/10 and we never have anything to criticise. Best Chinese takeaway in the area. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely fuming! After placing my order the lady that works there gave me a timescale of an hour & 30mins delivery time. I asked politely to cancel it as I can’t wait that long. Then she told me that it is fine she will ensure that they get it out as soon as possible. After waiting over an hour I called only for her to tell me my order is delayed. Why wouldn’t she contact me to let me know? She was already aware that I could not wait that long! Shouting over me while I was talking. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Service was good but the food wasnt that great. Ordered a chicken foo yung which was like fine scrambled egg, chowmein wasnt great as well.

Excellent food and wonderful service. The food never disappoints and is the best Chinese takeaway in the area.

The only thing to watch out for is that the delivery times can be extremely long. So, plan ahead if you want to order given it a good 1 hour for deliveries.

Hands down the best Chinese in Dagenham. Always freshly cooked, friendly staff and reasonably priced. My husband usually picks it up as delivery times are long. They are always busy though, which is a testimony to how good their food is.
