After a very unhelpful exchange with another chinese restaurant in South Leicestershire I phoned these up to ask about their vegan options, and wow did they deliver! They talked me through everything, took the time to check their recipes with several staff, and even though I didn't have a menu to hand they helped me choose a takeaway for the night. The food arrived piping hot and within 20minutes to Countesthorpe. Too early for us mind, the delviery driver graciously waited around for my partner to come back with some cash. The food was excellent too - not greasy and bland but full of punchy flavour and great portions. I think we've found our favourite local!

Overall, the staff were very rude, payed for food to be delivered in advance and received a phone call saying they were knocking on my door went to look and no one was there. I phoned them back up to see what was going they were telling me I lived at a different address and was laughing at me. Never got food delivered as they said my address didn't exist. I had to go down and get my money back. Big china more like big joke

Whilst the food is good we ordered our for 7.40 pm, it arrived 40 minutes late and only after a phone call to them. The usual excuse was used “new driver” and there was no apology. Even the driver when he arrived was rude. We have had no problem before but this experience makes us wonder if it is worth bothering again.

Placed an order with big China takeaway, the order was paid for and accepted by them. We waiting over an hour only to receive a txt from them saying we lived too far for delivery. After several attempts to call them, 20mins later a guy answered. Apparently he said he had been trying to call me 4x and sounded quite rude. We had NO call from anyone, and how can you have been trying to call me as I hadn't mentioned my name and address..duhh

I ordered at 6:30 and was told 45 minutes.. I called at 7:30 to then be told its just left.. I rang back at 8:15 to cancell my order to be told its on its way.. 👌 Bad service. Looking at the other reviews I shouldn't have rang in the first place.. If I could choose 0 stars I would.

Great value, Amazing food, best I've ever had, high reccomend the cantonese beef and the rice is to die for. Just gutted its closed on a Tuesday :(

Amazing food always very friendly staff, and I'm not sure what all the reviews about late delivery are about because everytime I have ordered from here it always comes within 30mins even in busy days, can't fault them 🙂
