Quick get away to wales. Was really busy on Saturday had about 40 mins wait but was worth the wait as the portions was very large and filling, I had special chow mien as I’m in love with oyster sauce loved it will be back next month.

The owners was nice enough to send me a picture of the menu over the phone

Absolutely delicious food.. big portions and quick service. Very friendly family run take away. Highly recommended if you visit Bala.

The worst Chinese we've ever had. The meat in the beef curry was soft and slippery. They'd clearly put something like corn flower in the curry, because as it cooled it started to congeal... The rice was adequate at best. The prawn crackers were just texture with absolutely no taste. A complete waste of money....

Just don't go here. Absolutely awful. Crispy beef and chicken balls were bordering on burned. The, so called, large spring roll was a mass of greasy batter and the grease had permeated inside to the filling. We were on holiday nearby and thought we'd try it. We're coming back next year, but will NOT be getting food from there. If you want better, I'd suggest the dumpster at the back of the Co-Op, 20 yards away.

And, yes, this is a genuine review from a 60yr old ex professional musician who's eaten from more takeaways than most people could ever dream of and is quite handy with a wok.

I also think they bought the 4* hygiene rating sticker, displayed in the window, from ebay. If the front of house is anything to go by, the kitchen must be filthy.

Also, you'll need cash. Pathetic in this day and age that they don't accept card payments.

I repeat. Just don't....😩😩

Poor - oily soup, leathery prawn toast, chips and meals all inedible - maybe if drunk and v hungry, had to throw it away - £26! Place is dirty too.

Ordered over phone. All meals very tasty and I requested no MSG and easy on the salt were possible. They were all cooked as I requested very enjoyable and crispy Duck was shredded really well of the bone. Will be paying another visit and would recommend giving them a try. Quiet reasonably priced. Brian and Susan Wong.
