Hotel Chocolat

Great service from female staffs today. They were very helpful in finding something right for me. Clean, spacious and well lit store. Vast range of chocolate and it is also suitable for vegans.

I had the dark hot chocolate takeaway but I thought the cups were paper thin and were made so the drink couldn’t be too hot. It was warm and not hot.

Chocolate quality very good though.

The best shop for all chocolate lovers. Variety of Chocolates, fresh & tasty. Fruit & Nut, strawberry, dark chocolates are a real treat.
The counter services are as sweet as their products.

Recently discovered the Hotel Chocolat coffee pods and popped in to this branch to get a few more boxes. Received great customer service, the new store manager lady was really lovely and helpful. Have to admit I was pleasantly surprised, because I usually shop in the Westfield branch and the customer service there leaves a lot to be desired. Will be shopping in this branch going forward, it's worth the slightly longer journey for the considerably better shopping experience.

Catherine (sorry if I've misspelt the name!) was absolutely fantastic. She knew all about the vegan chocolate range, explained what nutmilk was and told me how to look for what I wanted. Best customer service I've had in a while. Super helpful, very friendly and just very lovely.

Love the hot chocolate and other drinks here. They use excellent quality ingredients and you can taste the difference.

Great chocolates unfortunately if you like dark chocolate the selection is not that big

I could eat buckets of the chocolate cream on top of this hot chocolate . Dark classic hot chocolate for me . Quite busy in there but a couple of good seats
