Ordered a pair of work trousers from Alsico. Firstly the trousers were poor quality, nothing really like what was pictured on the website. So I decided to return the product. Returns are at your own expense, which is fair enough as I guess they're not a huge company. The website states that it takes up to 10 working days to refund on a return. It has been 2 months and I am yet to see my refund. I have used the live chat as well as emailed the company to talk about processing my refund. I've received assurance twice that my refund was processed and up to this moment, two months on, nothing! Poor customer service! I'll definitely never order from here again. Shoppers beware!

Order from there few times . Issues I faced
1)Delivery got no set time
2)Phone always transferred and go to voicemail
3)Order cancelled but wasn’t informed
4) 2nd order placed which was also cancelled
5) 3rd order placed and inquire for changes .
6) Order was cancelled in order to make changes
7) Have to wait another 4 weeks if lucky to get delivery
8) Challenged about the Customer service and order was cancelled blaming that I raised my voice .

So I would say stay away from them but if you have months to wait then do order .
