I had to speak to the office on two occasions as the uniform I was looking to purchase had just changed and was different to what was displaying on the website. Both people I spoke to were fantastic and really helpful. The correct uniform got delivered really quickly, despite being out of stock and is excellent quality. Top class service, thank you!

Good quality uniform. I ordered some wrong Polo shirts. The return process was made very easy and the correct ones sent very quickly. Even uniform sent to the school was easily collected.

I find the sizing of the school blazers and skirts to be way off.
I've ordered twice now with the size my daughter measures and each time the uniform arrives it has been way too small.
Returns take time and the most popular sizes are always out of stock.
The quality of the blazers are poor. My daughter only wore hers for a couple of months and all the stitching of the lining came away. I've lost count how many times I've stitched the pockets up. The zips on the skirts are also poor. For the price we have to pay, the quality of the material is shocking.

I had some difficulty logging in, so I phoned Trutex Direct and the lady I spoke to was amazing. I placed my order on the phone and was absolutely astounded when the uniform arrived next day.
So overall, I'm very happy with the customer service and I won't think twice about ordering over the phone again.

My order came through swiftly. The blazer and trousers were of good quality and true to size. My daughter tried them on and was very happy with them. Would definitely recommend them

Ordered skirt for school ~ 2 weeks before school started ~ arrived and wrong size delivered. Called customer services to be told can not discuss only accept emails and they will reply within 48 hours. They did not so I returned skirt and reordered another skirt ~ new skirt delivered with stitching faulty ~ called customer services and guess what, cant talk to human only email, again emailed and headed nothing until 5 days later and received an email from DPD saying you Trutex parcel will be delivered tomorrow. Well tomorrow just arrived And low and behold a new skirt ~~ but in the wrong size again !!!! Called customer services only to be told agin send email and they will reply within 48hours ~ which I doubt they will. Disgusting service.

You can buy a pair of school trousers in a supermarket, which has the waist adjuster sewn in the waistband, but at three times the cost Trutex does not consider a child's comfort important over their cost-cutting. Even their own staff thought this was a fault, but all the replacements had the same fault/design feature (when I emailed to complain and they confirmed this was the design). Avoid!

Gave Trutex yet another chance & added uniform to my basket . Tried to use the discount code THEY gave me due to all THEIR mistakes & it doesn't even work. The website is slow too .Currently on 6th complaint with this terrible company

Had to update. Tried ordering trousers. They said 6 weeks before they're in stock !!! Unacceptable. So tried to order blouses using the discount code Customer Service offered for all the prior mistakes/ delays in Oct . It didn't work. So they gave me another thst also didnt work, then blamed it on IT. Honestly one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Rubbish cheap website. Sizes aren't precise. We ordered a 36 waist got a 26 then asked for 38 & got a 40 & their return QR code for the postage label didn't work every time. Poor manufacturing, bad customer service . Although the lady I dealt with did communicate. Don't know how they are still running with so many unhappy customers. They need better QC / management & obviously don't care that they have the worst reputation in the school uniform industry

VERY NEGATIVE experience. Took over 2 weeks to despatch a pair of trousers that were in stock when I ordered. Had to change for a bigger size, but QR Code didn't work for the free postage. So I had to cover this myself. Then after 6 days they sent me trousers 5 times TOO SMALL. A 26" instead of 36". Need better QC checks in the factory & warehouse. Girl on the phone acted like this happens a lot ( yet nothing is done). Clearly not learning from their mistakes hence the low reviews & ratings They should have sent me a pair out immediately but I now have to wait another week for them to process . The packers need to get their eyes tested also.
