This company has seriously lost touch with their smaller client base. I asked for call backs several times to discuss options with them as I was looking for a long term supplier and they never got back to me and asked me to send e-mails instead, to which they respond with pointless one line emails and never getting to the point. Instead of communicating they just sent a brochure and told me to order what I want online. When I complained about this I was completely ignored. Not a company I would recommend.

Tried to order 2 pairs of trousers , health care worker, problems online not taking payment, phoned them asked by call taker what the problem was I said I didn't know , cards in date etc ,as I as not a company not at all helpfull. I will take my business else where.shame on you Meltemi

Next day delivery if item in stock. Great customer service and dedicated account managers. Responsive to new requests/requirements. Our principal uniform supplier for several years.

Bad service. Got sent the wrong sized items and then they have done nothing about resolving it

Hi, I am very surprised that these guys get any bad reviews as they are great. They ship the orders out on time and the quality of their scrubs and staff uniforms are excellent. We have been using them for year and they have never failed us. Thank you

I ordered two work tunics. After washing the first one after it’s first wearing it felt like a straight jacket . Returned with the one I hadn’t worn. I took the photos included here to show just how much it had shrunk. They would not reimburse me . I will not be using them again.

AVOID! Awful customer services! Still waiting for my items a month later! Apparently everybody is on annual leave when you email them & you get an automated response! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
