I love Joules but this store has a small selection I don’t usually see much I want to buy

I came in to pick up a click and collect on Monday 7th around 10:30, the lady that helped me was by the changing room so I went over to her and said I was picking up and gave my surname she said ok went in to the back room came back a few seconds later handed me the bag plastic delivery bag as she walked if to the till didn’t wasn’t given a proper bag or even offered not the standard of service I normally received or except from this store very poor.
