Seasalt Cornwall

So I popped in here in Sunday the 22nd of December just as they were closing in the hope of finding a coat. They had one I loved but not in my size. This is where the miracle comes in. Deliveries were stopping and we didn't really have any hope that it would arrive before I left again on the 26th Boxing Day, as my flight was early. But the lovely assistant said it was worth a try and he was absolutely right. Because I popped in this morning on the 24th Christmas Eve and the it was. I'm so happy with my new coat and I love the quality of all their items. If they were able to post to France I'd be buying from them much more regularly. Can highly recommend both the products, the people and the store with pleasure. Thank you.

First time in shop in Whiteley a very kind and helpful staff put me an easy to find a special outfit from my parents 60th wedding anniversary

Was fortunate enough to be in the Whiteley area recently and thought I’d have a wee bit of retail therapy. Seasalt wasn’t part of that therapy. The male asst made me feel super uncomfortable - I asked a few questions and got barked at in response, he made me feel very unwelcome and I asked him if he could be a little more pleasant. He huffed and puffed and told me he was the manager and very busy. It was just very weird behaviour so I left and got my therapy elsewhere! Avoid.

Friendly sales staff. Very happy to assist with returns, queries and online orders. Good range of stock.

Such a shame as I love Seasalt, but the staff here were just dreadful. They were so pushy and didn't give me the space I needed to try on garments and decide for myself. The manager, I believe, was so rude and made me feel very uncomfortable.
