Ordered a jacket for my brother as a Christmas present back in November 2020. Needless to say, it didn't show.
I've had some back and forth over emails and their directior has been feeding me lies about their stock being stolen so they didn't have the jacket to send me. Then some more lies about £50k being stolen from their account so they weren't able to refund my money.
So they said the only option was to choose something else from their website but in all honesty, bar the jacket, their clothes looked trash.
They then said they were working with their manufacturer to get the orders fulfilled and told me would have my original order by mid January... it's now February.
Got in contact again and said I want a refund. I got an email saying that they will refund my money but I have to request it through PayPal which obviously they know after a long time the option to request a refund on PayPal expires and I have told them that but now they have straight up ignored my emails.
Awful company.

This company does not even deserve 1 star. I ordered my item on 08/11 and it is now 20/11. I paid for next day delivery and they said I would have a refund as it had been 4 or so days. I have been back and forth with them since seeing reviews/ facebook comments / google comments. I have still not received my clothes and I have just been told they will give me a refund. They said they have sent it and they sent me proof of them sending the refund and it has gone to someone else! Unfortunately, I am not the only person who has been through all of this. I am in contact with someone else and she said they have sent the refund to someone else too. Honestly, This whole company is a shambles and i am reporting to Trading Standards.

Ordered some clothes, paid next day delivery and didn’t turn up. Emailed asking where product was and no reply for 2 days. Apparently held up in customs... this was 9 days ago. Offered refund of delivery cost... no refund. Emailed again couple days ago asking for an update but again nothing! Absolutely crazy this company!

DO NOT order from this company, take your money and dont deliver, delivery time was 3-6 days 36 days later still no show. Emailed multiple times with the response ‘it will be here tomorrow i promise’ each time. I could have designed and ordered a similar product and had it shipped via a banana boat from china quicker and cheaper than this company. Offered me a refund and when I requested a refund they went cold and had no reply. Had to get in touch with paypal (luckily I paid through them) to get my money back and even paypal couldnt get in touch. Blaming delivery times on covid is a poor excuse and I feel for the poor people that paid on card. HARDCORE SCAM

PLEASE BECAREFUL! MY friend and I bought clothes from this website we both had the same issue, our clothes never arrived. We contacted the company multiple times and they kept telling us another week, its been over 2 months now. The company director Nick Green is now refusing to give our refunds. Please don't order of this website its a scam.

Ordered a jumper and it took a long time to get here but it finally arrived and is so comfy. Even though the delivery took it’s time to arrive the company was so amazing answering every email super fast. They really do care about customer service.

This is a scam! Don't buy from I payed for a tracksuit and it never arranged, I keep sending emails and I keep calling them but no answer. You will lose you money.
