Too dark to see items properly towards the back of the shop. Staff member helpfully said "black to the left & navy to the right", but I found this was not the case & items were all mixed up together.

We were having a browse and when we decided to hit the till the queue was enormous. Only one man on the till and bless he was doing the best he can. When someone finally decided to come and help him it started to move quickly but it really wasn’t great.

I had no idea about this place. I get out much. It's on a par with Zara (didn't know that one either until my daughter dragged me there to buy her clothes) really good quality shirts very reasonably priced with extremely engaging staff. Excellent service. Very helpful.

The men's section its very small,bought a flannel shirt there for good price, nowadays the shops are more focus on woman and baby clothes leaving a small part of the shop for mem

I have become a little disappointed with H&M in more recent years as the price bracket has gone up even on basic items like t-shirts (it used to be on a par with Primark) and I often find the merchandising uninspiring. Also, husband and son find that the men's department has not got enough variety.

Good value for money and good quality clothes but the overall customer experience was let down by the lack of staff. The wait in line to pay was verging on agony!
