River Island

Customer service of this store is becoming 0 level, this is my 2nd time i will have a very bad experience from this the same store within 4 months . Yes i love buying from river island but the customers service of this particular store is a thing of concern. The black lady that served me this afternoon was veeery rude and think she is better than all the customers waiting to be serve.

Never have my size but that's ok as I can order it online. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Remains one of my favourite high street retailers.

Top quality items and always very stylish.

Came to this store to collect an order I placed online it was quick and fast. It's a decent size store. Children's section is smallish but the have a good selection.

Unbelievably rude staff ...especially the female manager at the door during closing hours..appreciate that people love to shop at river island and not to be spoken to like children because you want to go home ..worst is the staff on the till , common guys ...you don't have to be there ..its s great brand that doesn't deserve such representation
