Matalan quite good place for shopping no matter clothes, accessories or household things. Especially this west London part of Matalan is very good compared to other part of Matalan.

The store is well organised and easy to see items open. Has good parking space infront of the store. Considering the public transport, it is difficult to reach easily to this location.

Though quality are good almost are imported, bit better quality than Primark. Prices are ok, but expect more discounts on exclusive items too.

Customer service is super, variety of clothing options to choose lots of deals. Very good option for kids clothing and their accessories.

I recommend this outlet for anyone seeks trendy or fashionable things.

Staff unhelpful and rude !
Me and my wife visited this Matalan branch. My wife was very ill and needed to use the bathroom. After requesting bathroom access to the staff we were told that there was no bathroom in the shop. We then were told that the bathroom were only for staff members. the cashier lady was really rude and called the manager of the shop who explained that bathroom were not insured and therefore not accessible to customers. My wife had to drive to the the another close shop to access bathroom. Back at the shop, we were then queuing for checkout and payment of our purchase but then the same lady at the cashier refused to serve us and asked us to check out at the self-service machine.
Very poor customer service overall and I wouldn't recommend visiting this branch !

Unhelpful and rude staff. Bought some boots, got home tried them on unfortunately didn't fit. Took them back in new condition as I didn't wear them, with the tag and original receipt to be told no they have been worn. I tried explaining I hadn't worn them only tried on at home. Still got the tag on. The two members off staff gave me nothing but attitude and was very rude. Will not be going back there again.

Lovely staff, the store is tidy and clean. Needs more stock and selection of items. Also, I think it would help customers to identify staff if they had uniforms.

A very popular clothing and homewares store. This branch is larger than many others I have been to. Friendly staff, disabled access, disabled parking and plenty of parking available on an estate with many other large department stores and DIY stores. The store was clean, well stocked clothing and homeware items. Men, Women and children's clothing, shoes for all and at a reasonable cost.

The number of staff reduced massively, so now for buying, collecting and exchanging, you have to queue for about half an hour every single time. This making shopping a painful experience. I remember about 5 years ago there were about 10 cashiers, two supervisors and a manager. Now you hardly see more than 2 members of staff.
