Barbour Leadenhall Market

The shop manager is very friendly and professional - the best staff I've ever met in clothing shops. It was such a comfortable experience which is unusual in shopping. Just thought I have to say something about her.

Bringing in my vintage jacket to get a new hood, and the first two hoods the sales assistant tried did not fit the buttons. Immediately she assumed my jacket was fake. 3rd hood we tried fit like a charm.

Went in knowing what I wanted but the saleswoman kept following me around the store telling me to buy this jacket that jacket what about this jacket … leave me alone! Left went to Hackett. Bought a jacket in there instead.

Beautiful shop with lovely staff who were more than happy to help. Also great that the shop is dog friendly!!
