I went with my mum last week to help her find an outfit for my wedding this year. The shop was recommended to us by a family friend. A lovely lady Janet was very attentive and helpful. She listened to my mum and helped her find her perfect dress. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

What a fabulous shop! Went with my mum for her mother of the bride outfit, what a lovely experience we had. The service was 5star, from arrival the ladies were very welcoming & friendly, and paid attention to every detail. A wide range of outfits and accessories, we would definitely recommend.

I didn't end up buying an outfit but i would highly recommend. Staff were so helpful and attentive. Just didn't have my size in the dress I liked. Would go again if need of an outfit .

My Mum and I both bought outfits for a special family wedding in October. It was a lovely experience, so nice to be able to browse on a Sunday and receive such friendly, persons service.

I offered the lady 3 very nice unworn designer dresses to buy from me, but was no help whatsoever, even though I was only going to ask a ridiculously low price for them. No help

Came today with my mum for her to try dresses for my wedding next year, greeted rudely by a lady telling me I have to wear a mask after explaining exemption and test twice weekly for work. Picked a couple of dresses for my mum to try which was too small, she told my mum not to bother looking at certain styles and sizes in dresses as she told her 'you'll look like a sausage squashed into it' which when trying dresses on, already beginning to feel conscious is not what you wish to hear from the shop assistant. Continued to tell my mum that she is too large for the sizes she has in, tried one dress which fit but wasn't what my mum wanted, the shop assistants attitude was very much just buy this one as its the only one will. The shop assistant told us she knew the dresses she tried run smaller than high street sizes after trying the first dress on which didnt fit, and according to the shop assistant it was miles off and nowhere near fitting, surely if she knew the dresses run small she should advice on this before trying on and humiliating the person by saying how far off it is from fitting and no chance of dresses that size.

The whole experience was very unpleasant, staff extremely rude and basically body shamed my mum. Avoid if you are above the average high Street size 12 to 14.

Went to Chique today to get an outfit for daughters wedding....got excellent service and came away perfectly satisfied. Great value and was not made to feel pressured in any way and staff were very helpful and friendly..
