Staff very helpful & good selection, staff also honoured my online discount

Weekend staff are really rude, unhelpful, and look down their nose at customers for some bizarre reason. Odd behaviour considering they're working on the weekend for pennies. Levi’s: hire some competent staff, not snotty teenagers.

Couldn’t believe how helpful the girls and the young guy were at the shop, nothing was too much trouble.the staff were a credit to the store and I will revisit the store again in the new year.thank you very much.

Bought some Levi’s from the US some month back and when I got home realised I got the wrong leg length… I wandered into the Levi’s store at RL just looking and was meet by a bunch of friendly people who said they can alter in house.and it didn’t matter I didn’t buy from them at long as they’re a pair if Levi’s, and they would be FOC..!! Fantastic…!!

We had an excellent shopping experience today at Levi’s Rushden Lakes!
All 3 staff members were excellent, giving both my husband and I brilliant advice on what jeans would be best for us! I haven’t worn Levi’s for a few years and after trying my first one on I felt terribly disappointed until both Harvey and Jennie advised me and helped me choose the perfect fit!
We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great customer service from Lauren who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She happily spent time explaining the different cuts and styles of the jeans, nothing was too much trouble.
