Very nice setting, wife says coffee was good. Food was only OK as it was expensive for an open sandwich.
Service was umm, strange.
Table Service, but the lady serving was somewhat distracted, didn't know what the specials were and failed to ask relevant questions that you would expect when taking an order. It wasn't busy so I don't know.

Really dissapointed with our breakfast here. My partner and I both ordered the "Old barn breakfast" @£8.95 each (extra items for 50p Per item) . A cup of tea and a glass of fresh orange juice. When i asked the staff member what came on the breakfast she was unsure and realed off a load of typical full English ingredients. Also she had no idea what additional items could be added. All of which i would have expected to be printed on the menu.

The breakfast arrived and no mushrooms as previously suggested. Bit not the end of the world, The sausages were over cooked, the egg was hard not runny, and the hash brown wasnt cooked enough. All in all extremely dissapointed in our experience and wont be rushing back as we both agreed you can get a better breakfast from Weatherspoons.

We had a lovely Full English breakfast one morning during our stay at York House Holiday Park. The only negative is that for us it opens a little late for a full day exploring the area. Apart from that it was a good experience, with nice food well presented.

The Old Barn Coffee shop Is a beautiful little cafe in Bagby. Lovely views and tasty food.
Especially my tuna Mayo Toastie and a black cherry Brymor ice cream. I always like coming here every month and it’s a very independent cafe. Never disappoints.

P.S Coming back next for your homemade soup and Brie, Bacon & Cranberry panini Claire. X

Lovely setting, wonderful staff and the cheese on toast was an absolute pleasure the dogs were welcome which we were glad about as we were taking them on a car ride from Leeds. A very welcoming stop.
