This place is much like a typical costa. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Despite there being other people and orders in, they made our coffees quickly without affecting quality. Great place to relax for a bit!

The thing that lets this Costa down is the inside seating/tables/decor. It’s miserable, very worn and tired. Not a place you’d want to relax, hang out in, or be with friends or yourself. But that’s down to Costa and they really should sort it out. The coffee is good, and the staff are really friendly and lovely.

The coffee and croissant were good. But there is an error in the schedule. Google Maps lists the schedule until Thursday 6:30 pm, but they closed at 5:00 pm.

Absolutely awful. The costa is empty. Dirty floors, two youngsters serving and chattng amongst themselves. No bread, limited choice in freezer. The location of this site should be a gold mine. My equivalent where I live has excellent service and is rammed. This is an avoid for me.

I love Costa but this shop had gone really down hill at the beginning of August. Really dirty , broken dirty toilets and poor service. Sad

First time I got to wonder around Pickering. Lovely place! Around mid day our 2 year old was having a nap so we wondered into Costa. It was quiet, comfy and had lovely views of the town upstairs. Coffee was what you would expect, but the place was warm and was nice to sit for an hour just to chill. I would defiantly come here again. Toilets were clean and tidy, I think it is missing child changing facilities which is always a help! Especially now as I have a child. We had a slice of cake which was nice. Just a little pricey but I say that about all coffee shops these days. I think they are all over priced. I would drink in them more if I did not have to re-mortgage my house to get a drink! Would drink here again though!

Had a latte, it was a bit frothy but tasted good. It was very quiet in here and in Pickering. The shop was nice and clean. Plenty of sandwiches to choose from but not many cakes.
