Costa Coffee

Nice first floor coffee shop above next, service was quick, store was clean well light, stocked and staffed. Staff were polite well presented and spoken. Order was a caramel latte which was correctly made. If in Gaptonhall well worth a lookin.

After leaving Yarmouth to go back home to Lowestoft we stopped off in the retail park. Once my wife had shopped in Outfit we went into Next and then into Costa Coffee on the top floor. It was very comfortable and we had coffee and cakes. The member of staff was very helpful and we will go back.

Today the staff was very polite and helpful. Nice calm atmosphere.need to try the lemon cupcake 😅🧁⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As usual all the staff are efficient and very friendly, the manager creates a nice atmosphere, Always enjoy going there!!

Lovely lady from the Lowestoft branch served us, who I guess was covering someone that day.This was the day the cafe was closed to sit down but open to take aways. We were the only customers but she was funny, polite and very chatty. Probably the smiliest staff member on the whole of Harfreys that day!!

I love Costa. But this particular branch had a very rude man serving. He kept stopping and telling customers they were closing in 20mins, then sent them away. After waiting for ages to be served he got my order wrong and I didn't realise till I'd walked out. Of course I couldn't go back and tell him...they'd closed.
Since then I've been to other Costas which have been brilliant. Shame this one let the company down.

Not good having a daughter with crohns and needing the toilet staff not helpful, apparently i had to buy for her to use the loo to get code to use it. When i said she has crohns she just need to go i was told m&s was up the rd they had toilets with a smirk on her face. Its the worst costa around and mainly because of the staff. 😡 Hope they never get anything like it.

Lovely place and great staff I would thank them for being nice and welcoming everyone with smile and they saved me when I lose my wallet there they keep it for me when I come back letters thank you so much
