Starbucks Coffee

Asked for a large and got a medium
Tried the drinks (mocha frappuccino and vanilla latte), the frappuccino didnt have coffee in and the latte didnt have vanilla.

Went inside to get them replaced and the employees just took the mick, they added way too much coffee ( and barely any chocolate) and way too much vanilla🙄

Small, clean new cafe in picturesque surroundings. Good coffee and food. Nice staff

Warning - overstay at this establishment at your peril, had a business meeting here and stayed over an hour. Nice fine of £100! Needless to say I will be having my meetings elsewhere! Absolutely disgraceful. Come on Starbucks I was using your facilities and drinking your coffee!

WARNING** 90 minute stay only! Even if you are using Starbucks facilities only. Got a hefty fine of £100 for staying over the time limit at ‘shell garage’ when i went to Starbucks. Be aware!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! NO MANNERS WHAT SO EVER. NO PLEASE OR THANK YOU. BUSY CHATTING AMONGST THEM SELVES. A SIMPLE PLEASE WHEN ASKING FOR MY MONEY WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. OR THANK YOU. DIDN'T EVEN MAKE EYE CONTACT. GINGER GIRL ON THE COUNTER NEEDS TO GET A JOB SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not the first time I've had bad service there. Think I'll be going elsewhere for my coffee from now on. Shame on Starbucks for letting this happen. Read these reviews and do something about it.

Drink was not made properly, the food was kinda nice, its very hot in here from the sun and I believe the heating on.. Bit like being a tomato in a greenhouse in deep July.. Only its November.. Ive had a nicer time being beaten up whilst naked, I would suggest the drive thru

Quite slow on service considering there were 3 staff and only a couple of customers. The coffee was delicious though, and the staff very nice.

very good/pleasant friendly staff,but this morning just forgot our breakfast butty which got given to someone else no matter just choose another. 😊
