Starbucks Coffee

It is great having a Starbucks in Harlow. However, you really need to improve the overall hygiene and cleanliness of the shop. I’ve just moved to the area and have been into the shop on three different occasions, both busy and quiet hours. On all these occasions there is litter everywhere, the staff uniform appears unkempt and more. Assign your domestic or cleaning staff tasks on a half hourly basis and it will make the experience a lot more enjoyable. Please review this with management asap.

My friend had an interview and was 3 minutes late due to having a child. The manager shouted at her and told her she didn’t want to talk to her as she was late and told her to leave. This is absolutely disgusting, she didn’t give her a chance to explain. Who wants to work with such a horrible person!

Tried the maple latte it was really good. I have to have decaf but it tasted lovely, as have the decaf coffees I've had their in the past and they don't burn the milk like some other coffee chains I could mention. The staff here are polite and efficient.

Staff are always friendly with very few mistakes to the orders. Manager has a good sense of humour and the shop is always clean. Plus I love how they decorate for various occasions, my favourites being the Halloween decorations and the Pride decorations

I was queuing for 20 minutes then waiting for 2 small coffees for another 20 minutes and snapped at when I complained about how long I had been waiting. There were 6 members of staff behind the till one taking orders, one on hot coffees, one on cold coffees, the others were cleaning and hovering. They said they had a lot of deliveries but within the 40 mins I was waiting the delivery driver came in once. Customer service was terrible but my ice coffee was nice. Not worth a 40 minute wait tho

I went there yesterday. There is 2 stuff was working. I ordered double espresso macchiato and he didn’t put enough milk and I asked him to add more milk and he said can’t add as he need to charge me 40p 😃😳 and I paid 40 p extra for a small cup of coffee just to add some more milk !
I don’t know why but he was so miserable and angry with something acting really rude ! When I ask him can he add enough milk for my coffee he said no !!! So I didint get the coffee what I want ! NO MORE MILK !!!
This was unbelievable!!! By the way his name is Alficee 👎🏻🤔😵‍💫 Starbucks need to train their stuff more calm and polite ! Even the lady his colleague was shock how he act ! He was nearly gonna charge me 2 small pack of sugar!! I will never go there again ! and will def contact with customer service of Starbucks!!!

Went in on sunday 16th October, the girl TRYING to run the shop really needs to be retrained on how to manage a day effectively. Not only was their a massive queue and only 1 person serving with 3 behind the counter but for some reason she was standing asking customers their orders writing it on paper then passing to the girl serving for her to be totally confused on whose orders she tabbing up. Wouldn’t it just have been quicker for the girl serving to ask herself??
So painful it was unreal, she then starts taking personal calls on her mobile and goes out back and leaves them to it. Felt sorry for her team because she has no clue what shes doing.
Waited around 20 minutes.

Tables were not cleaned after customers. Sign up to say they were closing early. Obviously suffering from lack of staff.
Management need to recruit.
Coffee was good , but poor eating options.
