Caffè Nero

Positive: The drink I ordered was nice.
Negative: They were slow and didn't seem to be bothered in speeding up serving customers. It was dirty behind the counter (coffee machine, fridge, pastry trays).
Further, when the one woman cleaned the bins, which is good, hover, she pit them on top of the trays she also washed.

What happend to that store???? Is was always so nice, clean and tidy there and the service was great in the past.

The wife and i enjoyed some shade and a iced frappe here along with a couple of hot food items, we had to ask for additional ice due to the temperature warming up the drinks fairly quickly.
The Music was quite irritating and the toilet upstairs didn't have a toilet seat fitted so this was very unpleasant and considering the sign off sheet was signed for that day saying that the toilets are in good condition which they clearly weren't 👏 🙄.
Cant imagine the disabled toilet was too nice either as EVERYONE was using it Not Good for those that aren't able to traverse th stairs. Doubt ill be returning to this branch.

Only 1 person lone working as they have a rota that only allows 2 staff on shift the other person had called in sick! Neros should be ashamed that they have no back up plan for when this happens the person was doing their best but the place was filthy no tables cleared and obviously very slow service

I prefer this coffee to that other place - Costca, I think. Kostco? Costka? Anyway. I loved their Cortado so much, I tipped all down myself just to prove it. The nice man gave me a free replacement.

Very poor experience. Dirty glasses, dirty table very untidy behind the counter. The cafe was really disappointing.

Great coffee and cake. Long queue for service, lots of dirty tables and door left open because the staff were apparently hot.

A good sized cafe with plenty of seating that offers a wide range of hot & cold beverages, as well as a nice selection of delicious cakes, biscuits, sandwiches & pastries plus much more, I found my large Cappuccino made with oat milk to be well balanced & a perfect temperature.

I also found the staff to be friendly, as I had a warm welcome as soon as I got to the counter from a lovely young lady, keep up the good work.

Friendly, polite staff but it was filthy. The shop needs a really good clean. Dirty floors and tables. Not very peasant experience.
