Starbucks

I used love the place, I used love coming here for a meeting. I have felt this for a while and thought maybe it’s just a bad day!!!

Today I asked for the table to be cleaned and the lady comes over, wipes it with a used tissue not even using a disinfectant, given the current COVID situation.

Got my usual drink, however as they were running low on oat milk they overloaded it with coffee, hoping that I wouldn’t notice.

Also got told they don’t accept Amex, as they are a franchise, even though I’ve always used it here before.

Awful staff! The boy on shift today when we visited around 4.30pm was so nervous and they had their private conversation with the co worker. It was very unprofesional and rude. When we asked for extra caramel and less cofee he didnt listen at all! When asked to re do the drink was very abrupt and unpleasant. Put too much caramel at the bottom of the cup maybe out of anger and i couldnt sip on the straw.

Always met with a smile from Cigdem and she makes a really great decaf and regular latte with soya for me and my partner every time we are at the Sheraton or down the road, in fact one of the best Starbucks coffees we’ve had (and we have frequented a lot of them!) thank you 😊

Don’t know how to make coffees, always tastes like I just bought hot milk and caramel. No coffee

Great coffee and nice ambience

Been in the area for 3 days everyday they didn't have oat milk even though it's advertised, when I suggested they use the new unopened bottle I had for my drink they told me it was too unhygienic. After 3 days they still didn't have oat milk. Personally think as a coffee shop that says they offer oat milk the least they should do is have it in stock. The woman simply shrugged at me and said she couldn't do anything which was really unhelpful and quite rude as I offered a solution - which I shouldn't have had to do after 3 days anyway. On top of that they ended up messing up the order and giving me cow's milk.

I never go to Starbucks anymore. Their hot beverages are so overpriced. If you are a regular coffee drinker try McDonalds, they will give you an excellent coffee at £1.49 or a fancy one at £1.69.
They are sooo much more reasonable than the tax avoiding Starbucks.

Went into Sheraton Skyline Hotel, Bath Road (A4) to drop-off a parcel and was pleased to see any coffee shop if you had spent nearly two hours driving through the traffic!! Starbucks was there! Huge sigh of relief, prayer answered, as I could not see how there could be a coffee shop, any coffee shop... along where Sheraton was situated! Starbucks in Sheraton was tucked in one corner, on your left when you enter the hotel, small reasonable sized corner with one friendly lonely staff as far as I could see.... No queue, no crowd, no fuss...... there were hardly ten people there around 12.40pm, not all there for coffee.... Got two Caramel Frappuccinos, hubby in the car waiting, and homeward bound! So if you ever need to know where to get coffee after a long drive and you're along that route, Starbucks is there at your service! 💗
