Not the most appealing externally but pleasant and relaxed inside. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. WiFi is fast and free but does require registration. Coffee and food are the usual fare for chains such as these. Quality is good for both

Extra seating upstairs, very friendly staff with great coffee expertise. Dog friendly, which is apparently a nationwide policy. The building is modern with large windows with loads of light, good place to work with plug sockets found upstairs.

This Nero has very nice staff members who all seems to know how to make a decent cup of coffee. It's never too busy unless you go there around 12pm on a Tuesday due to 02 moments. They also never hassle you for using any vouchers or discounts and will happily stamp your card even if you use a free voucher.

My favourite coffee shop in Maidstone. Staff are all superb, very friendly. Not all Nero's are this good which goes to show how important the staff are to these places.

Friendly and helpful staff. Drinks are good quality and tasty. I personally haven't tried the food here, but then I'm abit stingy and think coffee shops do charge quite abit for what you get.

If your an o2 customer, don't forget to get your free drink on Tuesday or Wednesday (whilst it's available)

Always good coffee and can't beat the 'Milano' hot chocolates from here! Usually more than enough seating if wanting to eat / drink in, only downside is no free parking nearby. Staff very friendly too.

Excellent. Good personal and attentive service at this branch unlike a nearby one earlier in the week, where I was greeted by the "barista " with "are you all right there, mate" . When I suggested that "mate" wasn't really appropriate he told me I was being rude. So that's Bluewater's branch off my list in favour of this much nicer Maidstone branch. And obviously great coffee and great pork and pancetta sausage rolls!
