Caffè Nero

By London standards service is painfully slow. Coffee is good and matches the brand standard. Untidy to almost messy which was both surprising and disappointing...

Beautiful, clean, and had plenty of information about the surrounding area.

The baristas were nice and quickly served everyone in the morning rush.

Staff are very helpful and cheerful. Lovely to talk to. .and they make you feel really welcome

It took the single member of staff over two minutes to turn around and serve me as she was on her mobile phone, facing away from the counter. However she was polite and efficient once she engaged with me.

Staff memeber was still cheery and welcoming at 5 mins to close on boxing day..... That takes a special person!! Great hotchoc and a treat for my dog !!

Lovely staff, they were so helpful despite it being fairly busy. They were extremely Friendly and welcoming. The cafe itself was great, with a clean and relaxing environment. I Will definitely be coming back here in the near future!! Along with some Wonderful cakes which were freshly made! Thankyou!!
