Always the best go to cafe for a quick snack and catchup with friend or family. Ordered the hazelnut hot chocolate and carrot cake and the coffee and walnut cake. Love the hazelnut hot chocolate as it gives a nice hint of Buenos at the end and coffee cake gives the right amount off coffee hit.

I ordered mocha, it was mo where to the standard. When i said replace it for me she did but Then she made it even more worse. Poor attitude from staff. Absolutely disappointed. Would never go back and suggest you dont as well.

My toast bought just is completely cold. Cheese didnt even melted..you should also slice it in half.

Called up and asked if they have WiFi for customers, the lady said I’m not sure sometimes it doesn’t work, so I said well can you check before I come down and she responded no I’m busy 😂😂 laughable customer service

I have been served by Kamila and Oalin today and had a wonderful experience. I had only £10 to spend and needed 4 different drinks for my team members. Kamila and her colleague were very helpful, the drinks were also delicious. Those guys deserve a bonus! Thank you! Amazing work!

I regularly buy from this coffee shop, and the service is like any other...very average.
Today, however I was served by Lydia. For the first time in that shop, a Costa worker has actually served my order with a smile and with care.

I came to costa and order hot chocolate for the first time. Love the worker especially kamalla (I think that how you spell her name) she’s polish. Great customer service. I would come back just for her.
