Costa Coffee

Wonderful and friendly staff, I’m always greeted with a smile. The staff can hold a conversation and are engaged which is really nice when you’re just there for a drink and to chill, have a meeting, revise etc.

I love this Costa, the staff are so friendly and patient with my disabled daughter who likes to make her own order. I'm very grateful for this. Thank you.

Nice place to work away from the office. Downside it that there is not enough charger points. Othwise great space and location

Ordered a Large Latte yesterday Thursday 8 December 2022 through 'Just Eat' for delivery and a few other items. Haven't done an order for quite a while now for Costa (months) and unfortunately, they didn't have my usual, Cappuccino or any extra shot coffee available. It was the worst coffee I've ever tasted in my life, it had a strange bitter and rancid flavour to it, something was very wrong and off with that coffee yesterday and I wouldn't be surprised if mine was not the only complaint or bad review about the coffee. I would have given no stars if there was that option, I had to spit it out then throw the rest away and Costa Coffee is not cheap, so won't be ordering fron them again. What a waste of money and no way of getting a refund as the only options on 'Just Eat' for it were "your food/drink wasn't delivered", "they got the order wrong" or "item missing" and if you "weren't happy with it, they told you to "leave a Review" - rip off!

Unfortunately the worse Costa experience to date. Quite disappointed to be honest. Lengthy wait for the drinks which was made terribly. All three drinks were made not up to the Costa standard. And were unfortunately undrinkable. Two servers behind working so unsure if it was due to pressure, understaffed, lack of experience. Unlikely to pop back into there.

Was served by Gabriella who was extremely helpful. The place is open and spacious. It is clean and tidy. The coffee was lovely.

Customer service in a lot of costa branches is really poor, but this one is by far the best costa I’ve ever been too. Both members of staff today were lovely, welcoming and made good coffee. Keep it up.
