Caffè Nero

When waiting for a bus in the Central Bus Station of Heathrow, this is the only place to get something to drink or to eat.

It's open 7 days a week from 5:30 AM to midnight. These operation hours mean probably that depending at what time you land, this coffee is the only place open.

The staff was polite and helpful. Normal, not airport, prices.

CAUTION! EXTRA CHARGE without telling you!

This morning I went there and ordered a grande latte, its price should be £3.45 but I got charged £3.75

I don't know where the extra 30p come from! Be caution on the doggy staff

Today I visited to Caffè Nero Heathrow airport with a exhausted mood duo to flight cancellation and other travel issues so by mistake I spilled my coffee on the table, but the staff on the Caffè Nero was really kind and humble, so he happily cleaned my table and surprised me with another coffee which I wasn’t really expecting.
Thank you for your kindness, at least after my long exhausted day I had experienced a little kindness which erased a bit sadness from my day.

Very rude staff. They forgot they work in England not their back home Goa. Cafe Nero should teach them some manors and customer service skills. Might be bad behaviour is part of their staff training. Staff at Heathrow bus terminal cafe Nero they don't like if you complaint about something they are very very rude. Naver go their to waist your money

Good vips and excellent coffee ☕️

Visited the place around 8 pm. Very dirty with unfinished food on the tables and tissues on the floor. Also the floor was dirty. Staff lacked basic customer service skills and didn't smile. Also very slow to serve.

This place is busy, busy, busy, but Caffè Nero is definitely one of the top places for a caffeine fix in England, staff was very friendly too.
