Caffè Nero

The barista's in this place are amazing, always cheerful and remember your name and what you ordered in the past. This is the one coffee place in Harrow to go for on your way to work in central London!

Seriously...what a rude person to be served a morning coffee from. Initially asked for a coffee and no cream, then thought it's festive season will have some cream so asked for it. What response do you get.. "I asked you first" and then with grumpy attitude throws away half the coffee and puts cream on top. Thanks for spoiling the mood and my day. Way to go Cafe Nero. Your coffee is in the bin and I am never coming back to this shop now.

Great coffee every time, with polite and fast serving staff! Very convenient location, as you can check how many minutes you have before your train arrives🧐☕️⏰

Amazing service and beautiful and hard working baristas, honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for my morning coffee!! Friendly service always makes my day. Especially the guy that works there would love to get his number ;)

I ordered regular latte and the sugar was too much so it destroy the taste of coffee and need to improve customer service.

Visited this cafe Nero today. (17/8/22 @17.10) Just wanted to say the young man serving was brilliant. Friendly helpful (told me what bus stop to use , didn’t even ask him just mentioned in conversation where I was going and information just followed!) and had a smile on his face, which these days is so unusual. Thank you. Oh and Coffee was great to! Cafe Nero has always and still does make the best coffee!

The only chain cafe I know to make real, proper coffee as actually I think it’s all down the barista as not all Neros are this decent. She knows how to make a decent coffee.
I just wish they’d stay open long enough to serve all those coming on/off the evening trains...why close so early??
