Costa Coffee

Maybe the staff was having a bad day but this was one of my worse experiences at any coffee shop. She was not interested in what I had to order, barely bothered to help me with WiFi setup, and barely communicated with me while serving or explain the situation with WiFi. She just handed me the cup of coffee and stopped talking. I did not feel welcome at all. The coffee was fine but that doesn't make up for the negative experience.

Ample space to sit, coffe was lovely, sandwish over cooked on one side but still mostly edible, unfortunately the staff need training on customer service, no-one in que and although the barista was making other coffees I wasnt acknowledged that i was stood at the counter for a good few minutes. I was eventually served by another member of staff who greeted me with a frown and like i was causing her an inconvenience. Despite my ever cheerful and friendly attitude I barely got a nod from the lady serving me. Such a shame. If they treated the customers with a friendly attitude and smile it would be a great place to frequent but it wont be a regular spot for me.

Costa coffee has really gone down over the years, almost every branch I visit the general cleanliness and quality of service has gone down, in comparison to their competitors. I was greeted by giggling staff, not interested to serve or clean up the cafe, then I was served coffee in a dirty cup and when I went to sit down, it was almost impossible to find a clean table!

This is the last time I’ll be coming to a costa coffee, they’ve obviously got so big they don’t care about the basics.

I came in for coffee and the worker was on her own, she bossed it. Multi tasking and making bangin coffee. She could have closed the store but she said, no, I'm here to work. I'm impressed with her work ethic and she just got on with it. Costa. This is the type of person you need to pay right. Promote her. I don't know her name but she is the best.

Worst Costa. Gives the Costa Brand a bad name. Never has seasonal options. Says that things aren't available in the region even though other Costas nearby manage to get the deliveries. Has tried to refurbish to make itself better but didn't have any alternative milk. Staff don't communicate properly with customers. If all Costas were like this,. Wouldn't go near them.

I have been a loyal member of costa for over an year now and I have never tasted a cappuccino and a mocha this worst. Don't know what they were mixing. They weren't the same and we pay hell a lot of money foe this and absolutely disgusting taste costa. U definitely need to review and monitor what they have been mixing. It can cause food poisoning too. The staff were v nasty , they r students I guess. No friendly nature or behaviour. Even one star is more for this place. I will rate a 0.1 for this place for the taste of coffees and staff service.

Costa Coffee Feltham is located at the High Street, a very convenient place to reach.
The atmosphere here is very soothing with very nice staff ready for service.
This place also has outdoor sitting arrangements.
You can also spend your working time here in a very quiet and soothing environment.

Ordered a decaf coffee. However, the woman who served me can't make coffee here. The whole shot was not used, so it ended up weak. Went back and politley asked for more coffee to be put in (not another one ok), but she seemed disinterested in solving the issue she caused. My wife had to put some of hers in mine. Is this acceptable, Costa?!! It is so annoying as big companies like this promote loyalty cards, apps & nonsense like that, but we have to put up with bad service. Absolutely horrendous, avoid this place.
