Costa Coffee

Great experience I recommend to everyone great attitude to work by the employees and they have a great knowledge of coffee. Clean everywhere. Greasy food and a great atmosphere. Amazing coffee shop.

good staff and good coffee! we came here and ordered a cappuccino and salted caramel iced coffee! both were scrumptious. there is a section where you can buy little treats too, we got crisps 😋 the atmosphere was good, warm lighting, and quiet and cosy. definitely coming here again (we've came here before but we're definitely definitely coming back again)

I love coming to this costa so much, the staff are always kind, I also love the variety of drinks you can get. I will be coming back soon.

A bad experience. We were not allowed to sit on the chairs was told to leave. or use their toilet was locked . As had done previously the. Cold coffee was full of ice and far tooomuch coffee a,terrible blend. Very bitter though I checked first

Great service, always serving with a smile. Though there was queue but they tired their best to serve fast. Coffee was good.

Spacious. Coffee is nice.

Asked to leave bang on closing time after having just been served a hot drink 10minutes before. No warning that they were about to close. No apologies, no empathy, just aggression. Cheeky so and so said that opening times are on the door, of course, that's what you do when you go into a coffee shop, check to see if there is any chance you will be turfed out before you have finished. They refused to just do what these places usually do which is not let anyone else in and and let us finish our drinks in peace.

The coffee machine was 'out if order' , yes, of course it was, they had obviously cleaned it early so that they could go home without having to hang back after closing time. Lazy. Also very aggressively rude. Will be complaining.

Staff should be more informed on the offers that Costa has every week.
I went in today morning o get a coffee and a cake for £1 (deal of the day only)
So the guy working there told me that I have to buy a coffee first and the deal will only activate from tomorrow onwards. I believed him as I didn't read the term and conditions of the deal.
When I got back to work I realised I could have gotten my coffee (full price) + a cake for £1 ONLY today.
Just disappointed as I am not gonna buy another coffee now in the evening.
It isn't such a big deal, but they shouldn't confuse customers and they should know better what is going on. Talking from the experience. I used to work for Starbucks.
