Costa Coffee

This place is always messy, sticky and in need of a good clean! It needs an extra member of staff to go round collecting all the old cups and trays from the tables as if not the customers need to do it. It’s nice sitting outside but again all the tables and pavement are in need of a good scrub!!

I visited this location on the morning of Saturday 3rd of September.
There were two staff on duty Hanna and Mariane. They were short of staff. It was quite busy with a long queue. I must say both ladies kept calm,worked well together and greeted customers very well.
Hands up to the both of them.
There is one thing I wasn't very happy with and that was having to drink my flat white from a takeaway cup. Not the girl's fault at all.
Well done to them both.

As an employee of Costa coffee I am not impressed after ordering a simple latte and a cappuccino not only did they take forever preparing it they were freezing cold and the cup was literally half full that’s not an exaggeration!

Costa coffee in Nugent retail park. Free parking, no Wi-Fi. Toilet is available.

Coffee always of high standard no matter which branch you go to. Staff were efficient and friendly here. Top marks for good branch.

Very dirty debris on table floor toilet dirty and broken first time I walked out of a coffee shop!
Went to greggs that also had food all over the floor!

Dirty tables every where... Very Dirty floors... Asked for cloth to wipe a sticky table.. was ignored... not enough staff.
It was fairly busy and the coffee was good! Just unfortunately very Dirty!

Enjoyed a quick lunch here with a friend. Service efficient and coffee good. Bacon rolls were hot and tasty.
