Caffè Nero

This cafe Nero is a special place where the staff is super, the drinks/food always good and the back ground music Devine. Love starting my weekend days or end of week days at this place. Come in and enjoy it too.

A very nice coffee shop on the high street, exactly what - and - where you want it! Nice staff and generally nothing wrong with it, but could do with a better cleaning routine. I started to notice that the tables are often messy and dirty/sticky - even if freshly cleaned/wiped, sadly I could say the same about the toilet.

well presented branch of top coffee house chain. Staff really understand customers and are consistently friendly. Always a lovely experience. The food is better than other places offering some vegan and gluten free options - and the coffee is excellent.
However there are some bad points, hence only 2 stars: a. Smoking outdoors is still allowed, despite respiratory impact proven through inhaling smoke which makes it impossible for non-smokers to use outdoor areas. It is completely insane to impose masking rules and social distancing yet still discrimination non-smokers exists. Smokers can just get a takeaway or smoke before or after there coffee somewhere else.
If Caffè Nero does not want to act responsibly then this discrimination and pollution and harming healthy non-smokers must be stopped.

Nice relaxed atmosphere. A perfect place for a coffee and a dessert after a walk in Esher. Plant powered breakfast sounds good. I love the pictures from the 60s. The furniture has seen better days.

Service is shocking, they are extremely rude, and there is no standards, every time I go there they do my drink in a different way/ size
