Great place to stop by for a little lunch. The cakes were delicious, and the drinks were refreshing as well. Very sweet staff, would happily come again.

Delicious flat white coffees served by friendly and efficient baristas. However, they really needed some help with clearing and cleaning tables between customers. To be fair, it may well be that we were there at just the wrong time and that additional staff came on duty after we left. We certainly enjoyed our coffees and the comfortable chairs in the window, watching the world go by outside.

This business has wasted my time and effort today advertising a 'magic bag' that didn't exist. Bought and paid for in advance. Don't advertise stuff if it's not there. Long trek after work in opposite direction to home for nothing. Bad practice, lost customer, telling lots of others about their bad experience at this Exeter store. 👎🏻

Had to wait 10 minutes to order, so slow and was given takeaway cups when we where sitting inside the place is a mess and not clean and tables cluttered with old cups… we will never come here again

The two trainees Baristas are great. Nice and friendly. Great cappuccino. Toilet is clean. The place is clean and we'll maintained. Great places i recommend it

Very busy. Obviously short staffed Some customers caused a scene as they wanted the flat out staff to rush their orders. Otherwise not too bad an experience. 1 star off as my first choice drink was not available at the time.

The staff were on a go slow. We waited 20mins to be served in the queue. Then wr had no choc sprinkles and no cream. But the drinks tasted good!

Great coffee as usual, better than Costa by a mile. Had the best window seat with comfy chairs and a pastry. The toilet let's the place down - toilet seat broken, toilet roll holder gaffered up, thick dust around extractor fan. A bit picky of me? Well maybe, but actually all easily fixed so make the effort!
