Caffè Nero

Modern and stylish Coffee shop sitting proudly in place of the old quirky bookshop that once existed in this building. The best coffee in Chesterfield, without question. Great atmosphere, great staff and great choice of decor.

Yet another tired Nero with staff that just about grunt their welcomes when you dare order a drink. It's fine...but needs painting and cleaning. Coffee is the only reason to go as it is better than Starbucks and Costa. Annoying that vegan options (e.g. Coconut milk) are more expensive than non-vegan, despite there being no real reason for this.

This is a cosy venue with excellent Milano coffee which my wife and I visit regularly. They have loyalty card system where after buying 12 drinks you GOF!

Today 02.10.2022 at 09:43 morning as I'm on my breakfast brake I pass by and have some food at Nero cafe in chesterfield. Good vibes and the service has been the best until now.. Kipp up the good work... 👍

Pleasant staff but my god they're disorganised.

Asked for a cappuccino and a vegan sausage roll. Got a cappuccino and a pork sausage roll. 5 staff wandering around but actually doing very little.

I have no idea how this outlet makes any money.

Service was so slow and staff very disorganised and unfriendly. Had to return the coffee as it had no flavour and required an additional shot to make it taste like coffee. We had our coffees inside but the room was so cold we didn't take any of our outdoor clothes off. The whole place needs decorating as it hasn't been touched since it first opened years ago. All in all not a great experience and will try other coffee shops in future. Its a shame because we used to highly rate this place.

Had an iced mocha and a slice of cheesecake, both were nice but the cheesecake portion was rather small.
